How do I create an invoice?

Tap the Invoices tab, then tap the "+" button. Select a client, add items, and your invoice is ready to send as a PDF.

How do I accept payments?

Quick Invoice Hub integrates with Square. You can generate payment links or use Square Terminal to accept card payments directly.

Can I add team members?

Yes. Go to Tools and then Staff Management to add staff members, assign roles, and manage device access.

How do I manage my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions to manage or cancel.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Quick Invoice Hub, go to the subscription screen, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is stored securely in Firebase with authentication. Your business data is private and only accessible to your account.
